RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Track Stax.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)
All returns must be authorized before being sent back.
Customers must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item. Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused.

Return instructions will be provided once the return request has been approved.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition received
• Items must be returned in the original packaging
• The return must include the authorized RMA number
Returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email support@trackstax.com and include:
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the packing materials
• Photos of the shipping label
This documentation is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim process is complete.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Track Stax is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, or contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refused delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within several business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
