Order Tracking

Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
If your order is:
- Delayed
- Marked as delivered but not received

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order
Lost or Stolen Packages
Track Stax is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you with filing a claim if needed.
